Mentify Foundation was born in 2021, not as an organization but as a safe space—a place where people wouldn’t feel judged for talking about their struggles. What started as a small initiative among friends soon became a movement. We realized that the fear of being misunderstood often stops people from seeking help, and we wanted to change that.

Since then, Mentify has grown into a family, a support system, and a movement that stands for mental health awareness, advocacy, and accessible support. Our journey has been one of passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to making sure that no one has to suffer in silence.​

At Mentify, we believe that small conversations lead to big changes. Whether through advocacy or direct support, we are here to ensure that mental health is not just talked about but acted upon.

Our Impact so far

  • 700+ individuals have completed our internship programs, learning essential skills to contribute to the field of mental health.

  • Over 200 volunteers have been part of our journey, sharing our vision and working towards making mental health a priority.

  • We have directly supported 500+ individuals, offering them guidance, counseling, and a space to be heard.

  • We’ve created a ripple effect in multiple cities across India through campaigns, workshops, and awareness programs.

  • Our proudest achievement? The Mental Health March on World Mental Health Day, which we conducted in five cities, proving that when voices come together, change happens.

What do We Do

Turning Awareness into Action, One Step at a Time

At Mentify, we don’t just talk about mental health—we create real, tangible change. We know that mental health isn’t just about seeking help when things fall apart; it’s about building a foundation of support, awareness, and empowerment long before that.

We started with one simple goal: to make sure that no one feels alone in their struggles. Over time, that goal evolved into a movement, a family, and a platform that provides the tools, knowledge, and community people need to take charge of their mental well-being.

Workshops & Training Programs

Our workshops aren’t just about talking; they’re about learning, unlearning, and growing together.

  • Mental Health Awareness Workshops – We believe that understanding mental health is the first step toward breaking the stigma. Through engaging, interactive sessions, we teach people how to recognize signs of distress in themselves and others, practice self-care, and become more empathetic listeners.

  • Skill Development for Psychology Students – The gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the mental health field is huge—and we’re here to bridge it. Our workshops focus on soft skills like active listening, crisis intervention, and emotional intelligence, along with hard skills like case formulation, therapeutic approaches, and client handling.

  • Corporate & Institutional Training – We partner with universities, workplaces, and organizations to conduct mental health training that helps build a healthier, more aware environment where individuals feel safe, understood, and supported.

When we started Mentify, we realized that most people struggling with mental health issues don’t need to hear complicated advice—they just need reassurance. Reassurance that:

  • It’s okay to ask for help, because you deserve support.
